Noise and Dust
Grinding is the loudest part — comparable to a shop vacuum plus a small angle grinder, contained inside the garage. Dust is captured by HEPA vacuums but a fine film in the immediate work area is normal.
Odor
Modern 100% solids epoxy and polyaspartic resins have low odor. You will smell the material for a few hours after each coat; it dissipates fully by the next day.
Equipment on Site
Diamond grinder, HEPA vacuum, mixing station, resin rollers, and flake distribution equipment. Everything fits inside or beside the garage.
Access During Cure
The floor is closed while resin cures. Don't walk on it, don't set anything on it, and keep pets off. We tape off the doorway at the end of each day.
The Final Walkthrough
Before we leave the last day, we walk the finished floor with you: care instructions, expected wear points, warranty terms in writing, and touch-up material if applicable.
