Day 0: Site Evaluation and Estimate
On-site look at concrete condition, cracks, moisture indicators, existing coatings, and access. Written quote with the exact system and thickness.
Day 1: Mechanical Preparation
Diamond grinding or shot-blasting the entire floor to open the concrete pores. Full HEPA vacuum recovery keeps the dust out of your house.
Day 1–2: Crack and Joint Repair
Cracks routed, filled with structural polyurea or epoxy mortar, and re-ground flush. Spalled areas patched.
Day 2: Base Coat and Decorative Layer
Pigmented base coat rolled edge-to-edge. Flakes or metallic pigments broadcast into the wet resin while it's still open.
Day 3: Topcoat
Excess flake scraped up, floor lightly ground to knock down high edges, and a high-solids polyaspartic or urethane topcoat rolled over the finished surface.
Day 4+: Cure and Walkthrough
Foot traffic is typically OK 24 hours after topcoat. Vehicle traffic usually needs 72 hours. Final walkthrough covers care instructions and warranty terms.
