You Don't Need to Deep Clean

Skip the pressure wash and the acid etch. We're grinding the slab mechanically — the surface will be ground into fresh concrete regardless of what's on top.

Point Out Known Issues

Show us any active leaks, spots where you've had moisture in the past, hot-tire spots on old coating, or cracks you're aware of. Two minutes of context helps the install.
